1. Changes and Returns

1.1.Exchanges and Returns: In the event that the User is not satisfied with the product, the User will have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to make changes.

To make a change, the User must follow the following guidelines:

  1. Contact Grupo Moneban customer service at the following link pages/contacts please indicate which items you wish to change and the reasons for the change. Grupo Moneban will respond within 48 hours after receiving the information from the User.
  2. Once you receive the instructions to make the change, you must put the items in the original packaging to make the change and the User must deliver the package for shipment to the corresponding parcel service.
  3. The products must be returned in perfect condition, with their labels and in their original packaging. Returns will be examined by the Moneban Group quality control team. If there is any defect, such as tears, stains or it is detected that the item was used, the change will not be accepted.

Returns of merchandise purchased in the online store are not accepted.

1.2. Exchanges due to defects or damage: In the event of requesting an exchange due to receiving a damaged or defective product, Grupo Moneban will send the User a free guide so that they can exchange the product. Once the damaged or defective product is received, the replacement of the new product in optimal conditions will be sent to the User. Subject to inventory availability. For exchanges for damaged or defective products, photographic evidence will be requested. Once the change is authorized, Grupo Moneban will send the User a pre-paid guide to their email and the User must attach it to the package and deliver it for shipment to the corresponding parcel service.

  1. Cancellations

2.1.The User may only cancel his order before Grupo Moneban confirms the shipment of the package. The User must send an email to the following link to cancel your order. Once the tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
