Exchange Policy


1.1 Changes and Returns: In case the product does not meet your expectations, you will have 30 days (starting from the delivery date) to request an exchange.

To make an exchange you will have to:

Contact Grupo Moneban S.A. de C.V. customer service by sending an email to indicating which item you want to change and explaining the reason why you are requesting it. Grupo Moneban will respond to you within 48 hours of receiving the email.

Once you receive the instructions to make the change, you must enter the items in the original packaging and deliver it for shipment to the address David Guzman 114, Ciudad Industrial, Aguascalientes, Ags. México.

The required products must be returned in perfect conditions with labels and their original packaging. Returns will be examined by Grupo Moneban S.A. de C.V. If there is any sign that the item has been used, your request of exchange will not be accepted.

 1.2. Changes for manufacturing defects or damages: In case of requesting an exchange for receiving a damaged or a product with defects, Grupo Moneban will send you a free shipping guide so that you can send the product back. Once the damaged or defective product has been received, the replacement of the product will be sent to you in optimal conditions. Subject to stock availability. In order to proceed with the exchange photographic evidence will be requested. Once the change is authorized, Grupo Moneban will send you the guide to your email. You must paste it to the package and deliver it for shipment in the courier office.

1.3 Returns from products purchased on the online store are not accepted.

1.4 Cancellations

You can only cancel your order before Grupo Moneban confirms the shipment of the package. Once the tracking number has been sent, the order cannot be canceled. You must send an email to to cancel an order.
